Abstract

The surgical reconstruction of hypospadias, epispadias and bladder exstrophy is arich and complex topic. While attempts to repair these defects have gone on for manyyears, major gains have occurred in the last three or four decades. The long history ofthese attempts have yielded a plethora of different methods as well as many ongoingcontroversies.
