Common postoperative problems

Abstract

Anesthesiologists are responsible for the safe and expeditious recovery and discharge of patients from the postanesthesia care unit. Although the incidence of serious postoperative complications in healthy children is low, some postoperative problems occur. These problems and their treatment and prevention are discussed.
