Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: The main aim of this review is to assess the effectiveness of preventive therapy guided by colonoscopic surveillance in reducing postoperative recurrence of CD in adult patients. The secondary aim is to assess the safety of colonoscopy-guided therapy.
