Abstract

Clonazepam, a potent benzodiazepine, failed to be of additional therapeutic benefit to 13 chronic schizophrenic patients already receiving neuroleptic medications. Moreover, 4 patients demonstrated violent behavior during the course of clonazepam treatment.
