Cimetidine inhibits suppressor factor production in Ethiopian lepromatous leprosy patients

Abstract

Adding cimetidine to lymphocyte cultures failed to reverse T-cell anergy in lepromatous leprosy, but suppressor factor production was reduced resulting in reduced immunosuppression in vitro.
