Abstract
A seven-year-old girl with chronic hereditary lymphedema of the lower extremities had bilateral conjunctival lymphedema at birth. A swelling of the lower extremities developed shortly thereafter. She had 20 prism diopters of right esotropia and vision was right: 20 100 and left: 20 30. We consider this an ocular manifestation of Milroy's disease and due to a defect of the lymphatic drainage of the conjunctiva.
