Chromophobe adenomas of the pituitary gland

Abstract

An analysis of 40 cases of chromophobe adenoma was performed to determine the role irradiation plays in their management. Irradiation was most useful as an adjunct to surgery, but in some cases was beneficial as the sole treatment.
