Abstract
A 3'A-y ear-old girl presented with a lytic lesion in the diametaphyseal region of the right fibula. In addition to plain roentgenography, radiological evaluation consisted of bone scintigraphy and computed tomography. The radiological features suggested a benign lesion. Pathological examination revealed a chondromyxoid fibroma.
