Abstract

Going round in circles: Amphipathic L-cyclic peptides facilitate the cellular uptake of fluorescently labeled lamivudine and a phosphopeptide. A corresponding fluorescently labeled conjugate F-[W 5R 4K] showed a highly efficient translocation in the nucleus of colon adenocarcinoma, breast carcinoma, and human ovarian adenocarcinoma (see picture).
