Abstract
A Negro family is presented in which all four of eight siblings older than 50 have developed carcinoma of the lung. Attention is drawn to the possible genetic and environmental factors which are etiologically related to cancer of the human lung. Several favorable factors in the prognosis of these four siblings are discussed.
