Abstract
A case is presented of caudal regression syndrome, which is assessed by Tc-99m MDP bone scintigraphy. The finding of sacral agenesis correlates well with other scintigraphic findings: solitary right kidney and ileocecal continent urinary reservoir. Ileocecal continent urinary reservoir is secondary to neurogenic bladder dysfunction.
