Abstract

M. leprae antigens were used in enzyme linked (ELISA) and radio (RIA) immunoassay to identify antibodies which may be useful in the serodiagnosis of mycobacterial infection. Results from each assay were compared to determine which assay or combination of assays gave the greatest reliability in identifying leprosy.
