Abstract
This is an exciting time in clinical neuroscience. Clinical neuroscientists have always said that advances in the basic neurosciences would impact their field, and that is clearly true. For this to continue there must be continued intellectual interchange between more basic neuroscientists and clinical neuroscientists. They have much to learn from each other. This chapter presents examples where clinicians have made progress. But they have run into roadblocks, which will require help from those in more basic neurosciences.
