Abstract

Creating a culture of ethical practice is vital for all nurses and more importantly for the people we serve. Commit to the vision and stand together tostrengthen our resolve to live our values in each moment and to develop and sustain a culture where every critical care nurse can make his or her optimal contribution by practicing ethically.
