Abstract

An adaptation of the indirect isotopic antiglobulin test was described for use on a microscale with cell monolayers. The ease of washing greatly simplified the technique. Antibody against the tumor-specific surFace antigens of a carcinogen-induced murine sarcoma was detected with high sensitivity.
